Kennedy Wilson Brokerage Tapped as the Exclusive Leasing Team for Hollywood Park’s Retail Offering
Los Angeles, CA. – November 13, 2023 – Kennedy Wilson Brokerage, a division of Kennedy-Wilson Properties, Ltd., has been named the exclusive leasing agent for the shops at Hollywood Park. Hollywood Park’s retail component will be a dynamic shopping and dining district within the largest urban mixed-use development under construction in the Western United States – Hollywood Park. Located in Inglewood, CA, Hollywood Park is a near 300-acre, world-class sports and entertainment destination being built by Los Angeles Rams Owner/Chairman E. Stanley Kroenke. The Beverly Hills-based brokerage team includes Ed Sachse, Jack Nathan and Diane Brandes.
“Hollywood Park’s retail component is without equal, and we are so excited to bring the full potential of the project to life,” says Jack Nathan of Kennedy Wilson Brokerage. “Our focus is to create an iconic retail destination that invites discovery and fosters connection to the best of L.A., from dining and fashion, to entertainment, wellness and more.”
Hollywood Park’s retail opened in July 2023 with Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas’ 12-screen, 1,236-seat, 55,137-square-foot movie theater, followed by Residency Art Gallery, a platform for artists of color, in August 2023 and will continue to expand in a phased approach as new tenants open their doors to the public. Other featured concepts include Cosm, a global leader in experiential media and immersive technology, Iconix Fitness and Three Weavers GRDN, the latest venture from Lynne Weaver, founder of Inglewood’s Three Weavers Brewing Company. These new retailers will be joined by Grilled Fraiche fusion cuisine by South Los Angeles’ Peace Love Reedburg, a second location for family-owned Inglewood-based juice bar Antojitos Martin, and Red Bay Coffee by Keba Konte, a renowned artist and successful food entrepreneur.
Hollywood Park’s first phase of retail development is comprised of 500,000 square feet of anchors and shop spaces at the corner of Prairie Avenue and Century Boulevard, and adjacent to 314 brand new residences at The Crosby and The Wesley.
“We’re pleased to welcome Kennedy Wilson Brokerage to the Hollywood Park team,” said Otto Maly, president of TKG Holdings. “Hollywood Park was designed to be a gathering space for the local Inglewood and larger Los Angeles communities. We are building a city within a city, and Jack, Ed and Diane understand our vision for it. We are confident they will help us achieve it.”
When complete, Hollywood Park will have up to 2,500 residences, a 300-room hotel, a retail district reaching up to 890,000 square feet, up to 5 million square feet of creative office space and more than 25-acres of public parks and open space. SoFi Stadium is the centerpiece of the development and, in addition to being the home of the NFL’s Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Chargers, it will host the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the 2028 Olympics. Together with the adjacent YouTube Theater, the two venues hold over 250 annual events.
